General Policy
There is no bathroom and Wi-Fi available.
New clients must come in bare nails & toes, or regular polish only. I don't refill other technicians' work. However, I can remove it but there will be a $20 charge and it must be mentioned ahead of time or will be charged $30 for the last minute soak off fee.
Must have clean hands & feet, free of fungus or damaged nails.
I don't do deposits, but your card info is required on BOOKSY for my own protection, and your full balance is paid after your apt
New customers must complete a form to confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to it.
Make sure to do the form. I will only give priority to the person who completed the form first. Your appointment may be reserved for another customer who confirmed before you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must made less than 12 hours before the appointment or A 50% charge will be applied to the service fee as scheduled.
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Policy
If you're 10-15 minutes late, I may only have enough time for a hard gel color with no any other colors.
If you arrive 15-20 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be marked as a "NO-SHOW" and charged accordingly.
